Delivery Information 

All of our deliveries are sent by registered post from An Post, Ireland's postal service. When you're completing your shipping details, please provide an address where your purchase can be signed for on arrival. All deliveries must be signed for as proof of receipt. 

Prices.

Delivery prices are as follows:

Republic of Ireland up to 2 working days / Registered / signed for / post: €9.50
European & UK 7 - 10 working days:          €13.50

The delivery times above apply to most purchases unless the item has just sold / out of stock. In this case, we'll email you to let you know. If there's going to be an unexpected delay with your order we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. In this case, you will have the right to change your order or cancel if you wish. When you place an order, your item will be charged at the price shown on the date that you place it. However, we reserve the right to change our prices at any time. This includes our delivery costs.

Our right to vary this Delivery information.

JG Boutique Jewels have the right to revise and amend this delivery information as and when necessary. 

Returns Policy.

Exchanges or refunds are possible within 10 working days. This period starts on the day you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched. Please contact us by email in advance of a return, so that we can expect it. This will also allow us to arrange the return of the item within our own stock system. We will respond to you with further instructions.

Change of mind.

Items can be returned for a refund within 10 working days, starting on the day you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched. Assuming there is no fault, items may only be returned on a case-by-case basis. A re-polish fee may be incurred. The customer bears the cost of return shipment and insurance. Any item being returned to us must be signed for at our end. We cannot accept any courier charges on the delivery of an item to us. Returns must be made through the post office unless the customer covers a courier cost. Please note that return post by courier would be the safest way of ensuring more valuable goods arrive safely with us.

Faulty Returns.

For returns that are faulty outside the 10 working days period, we will examine returned items carefully. We expect not to find proof of interference with the jewellery when we examine it, otherwise we cannot accept it back and will have to post it back to you. Faulty items will only be accepted back if they were delivered damaged.

Conditions for Returns.

It is mandatory that you email us at jewels@jgboutique.ie in advance of a return.

Items returned by post must be sent in their original packaging with proof of online purchase and cert included, if one applies. There is a €60 cost for replacing a certificate if it is not returned with the item as these are costly to replace. You have a duty to keep the items in your possession and to take care of them until you return them.  Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the returns period of 10 working days from dispatch. Please do not write “JG Boutique Jewels” anywhere outside the box. Instructions will be sent by e-mail to you. We cannot be held liable for any posted returns that do not arrive back with us.

Should the item be presented in its original condition, a refund or repair will be organized depending on the situation.

What you should know about Returns.

  • If you return a piece of jewellery that was bought online in sale, we can only offer you the price you paid for it, not the full price.
  • For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returned pierced earrings.

  • We cannot accept returned jewellery that has been worn or shows any signs of wear.

  • If you return an item to us after the 10 working days has passed, we may still refund you at our discretion or offer online credit. This will be at our own discretion.

  • Refunded money will be restored to the original credit card used to purchase ASAP.

  • Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
